Yoneshima Felt Co., Ltd., was established as Yoneshima Shouten in June, 1946. It took on its current name when it was reorganized as a corporation in July, 1954. Its paid-in capital is JPY 10 million, and its authorized capital is JPY 40 million. Acting officers are Takashi Yoneshima, President, Norio Fujinaga, Executive Director, Hideki Yoneshima, Corporate Adviser, and Tomoya Yoneshima, Director. The company's fiscal year ends March 31, and its main banks are The Mizuho Bank and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. In recent years, exports primarily in Asia have been strong, but we maintain long-lasting relationships with domestic felt trading firms and makers of writing instruments, iron and steel, consumer electronics, and aromatics. Yoneshima Felt has entered into special distributor agreements with such prominent companies as Nippon Keori Co., Ltd., Asahi Fiber Industry Co., Ltd., Fujico Co., Ltd., Ambic Co., Ltd., Ichikawa Co., Ltd., Toyobo Co., Ltd., Sony Chemicals Corporation, Sumitomo 3M, and Tsutsunaka Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.
